Your First Visit to Nagomi Wellness: What to Expect and How to Prepare

Before your visit to Nagomi Wellness, we kindly ask that you complete the client form sent to your email. This helps us tailor your experience to your unique needs.

When you arrive, you'll be invited to select an aroma oil for inhalation during your treatment, adding a personalized touch to your session. We'll also provide a refreshing hot towel to help you unwind, along with a choice of tea or water to complete your moment of relaxation.

Our treatment room is located upstairs, but we understand that certain health conditions, such as high or low blood pressure, knee pain, or difficulty with stairs, may make this challenging. Please don't hesitate to let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange a comfortable treatment space for you downstairs.

Your comfort is our priority! If you find the treatment room too cold or too warm, or if the music volume isn't to your liking, please let your therapist know. Don’t hesitate to speak up—we’re here to ensure your experience is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Our goal is to support your journey to better health. During your visit, we may share tips or offer suggestions that could benefit your body. However, we want you to feel completely at ease—we’ll never pressure you to rebook. If you trust us and feel aligned with our approach, let us know how soon you’d like to return so we can help you continue working toward your wellness goals.

***If you’ve booked a Seitai Remedial, Shiatsu, or Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment, please note that these sessions do not involve the use of oil. To ensure we can move your body comfortably during the treatment, we kindly ask that you wear or bring comfortable clothing.
